The Sint-Janshospitaal is one of the oldest hospitals in Western Europe. The museum tells the story of life in this house, about faith, healthcare, and art from the Middle Ages to the 18th century. Most of the furniture is well preserved. Among others, the museum displays 15th-century works by Hans Memling.
